I admit that setting goals is not easy, but it is extremely important to define what you are training for. It would be great if you could reach your desired figure after the first workout, but that is impossible. A personal trainer will help you with his knowledge and skills to set realistic and achievable goals within a certain time frame.
The primary goal in my work is the CLIENT,
his habits, especially those related to training and nutrition, business obligations, daily activities, time for fun, rest, etc. in order to remove as effectively as possible or at least initially to keep under control all those negative influences that partially bring the client into state of poor physical shape and general physical condition.
